Congratulations Robby

Congratulations to our latest Performer of the Month, Robby Shy!  He’s been one of the most consistent members of the team for several years but he’s been on fire for the last several months!  In his time here at X-Factor Athletic Performance he’s been able to put on a massive 30 pounds of lean muscle and went from barely being able to squat an empty barbell because of strength and mobility limitations to repping 225 easily!

Robby came to us by way of his sister Ashley ( ) who was a member of the team first and saw immediate results physically and mentally.  After one trial session Robby was all in and not only has Robby grown by leaps and bounds physically but over the years there has been a profound change in his life and mental health as well.  Training has given his life added consistency and something to look forward to each week, and the gym became a catalyst for all kinds of positive changes for a better life.  So great in fact that in addition to his personal growth, he’s been sharing the gospel of gains with others and has helped to expand our community.  Helping people is what we’re all about and Robby is not only a prime example of that but a huge advocate for how great training can be.

Thank you Robby Shy for your dedication, your persistence, and for being a part of the team so that we could all witness your growth over the years.  You have certainly earned the title of Performer of the Month and we are honored to have you as a part of this team!
