Ooooooo Transformation Tuesday ain’t ovaaaaaa until I say so! Would ya looka here… it’s teenie tiny Kee 😂 Before weightlifting. Before bodybuilding. I was a cardio bunny/track runner (hurdler to be exact) sitting pretty at 130lbs. Fast forward 9 years, and you got Boulder Shoulder Kee weighing 175LBS. Weight lifting changed my life. I was insecure back then, battling body dysmorphia. Now, I wish you would say I’m not cute tuh 💁🏾♀️ But watch me these next 13 weeks, it’s about to get even better 😘

Been in the personal training game going on 10 years and this last year has by far been my most prosperous both mentally and financially. I’ll soon be capped at 50 clients and am adding new products and services in the near future. Dreams do come true! 🙏🏾💫
