Working with this organization through its evolution from an Easter Seals program, to an independently run program as A.R.T. in RVA and finally to nonprofit Artable Project has been an honor and a pleasure. Due to resource constraints we have closed the “doors” of Artable Project. Thank you to the artists and thank you to all who contributed their time, talent and creativity to Artable.
The one-on-one studio sessions which provided time and space for ideas and creativity to evolve means this program meant more than putting paint on canvas.
We want to acknowledge and thank artist and Artistic Realization Technologies (A.R.T) founder Tim Lefens who created this one-on-one unique art-making process. Learn more about how to support his organization here: www.artrealization.org.

Artist Asiya Alsharabi is selling beautiful postcards from her series "I have a Story to Tell" in Studio 112 at Art Works in Richmond, and she has been kind enough to offer 100% of all proceeds from sales of these postcards to Artable Project.
Each postcard is $3 ($5 if you buy 2 postcards).
Asiya Alsharabi is A Yemeni Artist . Her work as a photographer is exhibited in Yemen,Dubai, Bahrain, Paris, Belgium, and London.

We had a fantastic collaborative art opening last night at Greater Richmond ARC. Five artists from Artable Project were able to attend and see their work on display. A steady crowd came through to view the art and we sold 8 paintings.
Artable Project also had a demonstration station so people were able to see how the art making process works.
Thank you to Greater Richmond ARC for hosting the event. We look forward to future collaborations!!
