Cycling has been something I want to get comfortable & confident with, so doing it with a squad makes sense, right? Insert to help me realize this goal.⁣

I ordered a helmet and rode through the streets of with Lakeisha of , Bae , and our new friend, .⁣

The Black History + Black Present & Future of RVA was told via Murals & Monuments throughout the City. ⁣

We're pictured here at our 1st stop, where we were blessed with the presence of , Artist & Curator of many of the murals shown throughout Richmond today.⁣

I rode more miles than I ever have while getting familiar with a city that's both new and old to me. ⁣

Can't wait to do it again, maybe even in another city 💪🏾 If you're heading to Richmond, Baltimore, or Charlotte, book a tour and get familiar with the City!

Been a minute. ⁣
I've been trying new things. Some have been a hit (like aerial silks), but one miss was this experience right here 👀⁣

I'm glad i got up in that hoop, but i decided that this is just NOT my thing. Much respect to those who make it look dreamy and fun! ⁣

I've enjoyed being humbled and excited by these new experiences. Leaning into challenging my body and mind while I see what my new fit obsession will be *bird man hand rub*⁣

This is my anxiety antidote.⁣

This weekend was A LOT. I had to move out of this place that I called home for the last few months (miss it already, but my next spot will be just as amazing) and prepare for my next trip.⁣

I started feeling overwhelmed, and decided to bang out a few kettlebell moves before recording 3 workouts for my fat loss squad. Knocking things off the TO DO list and getting my workout in.⁣

Making workouts and water my go-to for stressful situations has been helpful. Being SUMMER TIME fine doesn't happen on it's own! Let's go! 6 weeks until memorial day weekend!!! Put them bodies to work!⁣

What would your higher self do?

That's what I keep asking myself as I move from one moment to the next.

Hydrating today.

Working out today.

Nourishing my body without being excessive TODAY.

Operating from a place of love and empathy for myself and others I exchange with.

Pouring my love and expertise into the squad.

Simple moments of choosing yourself add up.

My goal in health, in career, in love. Vibrate higher.

I'm heading to LA in a few weeks **SCREAMS** and I'm ready to frolic in the sun and celebrate 1 of my fave holidays.

That's some added motivation to keep flexin' forward on this vision i have for my body.

You don't need a lot of time to and make physical progress. Consistency day by day is . Don't over complicate it, just move your body for at least 20 minutes and start taking on healthier habits one day at a time.
