Cheer U training moment: there are 2 styles of Stomp-N-Shake cheer that began at two stellar HBCU’s. Virginia State University Woo Woo’s are responsible for the Virginia Stomp-N-Shake cheer style. Winston Salem State University cheer squad “The Powerhouse of Red & White” are responsible for the North Carolina S-N-S style of cheer! Cheer University specializes in the Virginia Stomp-n-Shake style cheer!!! Viva LaCheer says it best!!!

Steve Harvey told someone famous (can’t remember at the moment) oh yeah Willie Moore Jr, to not be mad when God gives you what you ask for because it pours in like a flood. With that being said…I’m in need of some good cheer coaches for Cheer Up!!!
