As day 1 comes to a close, Chief McGovern from Fredericksburg Fire Department and VCOA alumni shares words of wisdom and lessons learned with the group. After a full structured day of presentations and group work, these informal sessions with Chief Officers across the Commonwealth are a great way to encourage conversation and networking amongst attendees.
