The Fan Dojo

Aikido dojo located in the heart of the Fan.

Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that teaches
not only effective self-defense strategies but also the
means to better physical and mental wellbeing. Aikido
in The Fan is formally affiliated with Aikido Schools of
Ueshiba, and all instructors hold certified rankings from
the Aikido Hombu Dojo in Japan.

For those of you who may not have heard, Steve Earle Sensei, Founder and Dojocho of the Fan Dojo passed away earlier this week. Steve Sensei had been battling cancer. He was at home and went peacefully with his family near at hand. The Fan Dojo will miss his guidance and inspiration.

A commemoration of Steve Sensei's life will be held at the Fan Dojo on Saturday November 16th starting at 3:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family has graciously and generously asked that we recognize Steve Sensei's dedicated efforts and help extend those efforts into the future though donations to the Fan Dojo through donations to it's parent non-profit organization Circle Square Triangle Association.
