The Richmond Royals 9U go a perfect 4-0 on the weekend and bring home the championship! These boys showed heart, grit, and true team baseball from start to finish.

A special shoutout to the tournament MVP, our very own #7 Oakley Noland, for an unbelievable performance. After taking a hit to the eye, he showed incredible toughness and never backed down—continuing to battle and lead his team to victory. That’s what being a Royal is all about!

What a great weekend at the Richmond Royals Opening Day Tournament! ⚾️

Thank you to all the players, coaches, families, and teams who came out and made the tournament such a success. It was an awesome way to kick off the season with great competition and sportsmanship all around.

The Royals went 4–0 to bring home the title with an outstanding team effort all around. #7 Oakley Noland delivered exceptional pitching in the championship game, and #13 Kyler Olds sealed the moment with a huge out-of-the-park home run in the bottom of the 5th!

⚾ Opening Day was a big success for the Richmond Royals! The team came out strong and finished pool play with a 2–0 record.

Play of the day goes to #99 Cooper Denton for a clutch strikeout to close out the first game and secure the win! 💪🔥
