Groovinyasa was created by Ali Bullano, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher based out of Richmond, Virginia. Her mission is to combine two elements of bliss: yoga & live music, in a way that creates a one of a kind, uplifiting experience while bringing community together. She teaches a Vinyasa based class coordinated with musicians, each bringing their own style, instrument & passion in to the flow.

Ali started Groovinyasa in 2013 as an effort to offer a healthier, more intentional way to enjoy live music and connect with the community. She has taken Groovinyasa across the US and internationally, to music festivals and venues. Ali has collaborated with many talented musicians including (Fiddle - ), (Guitar - Karl Densonโs Tiny Universe, ), & Todd Herrington (Bassist - Cris Jacobs Band).โ

Just a few weeks ago Ali, founder of Groovinyasa, taught yoga at Leftover Salmon's Boogie at the Broadmoor event in Colorado Springs. We did yoga in a Ballroom ya'll! It was Fancy AF!๐

Alright y'all, pretty stoked for this one... Groovinyasa has the privilege of hosting a yoga class at Strings & Sol 2017 next week in Mexico with musical accompaniment by Jeremy Garrett of The Infamous Stringdusters!! Nothing better than yoga with an ocean view and sweet, sweet live music.
