We have some beautiful changes coming to Sunshine Studios Yoga ☀️

Over the past months, this little studio community has continued to grow in the most meaningful way. We have watched friendships form, confidence build, beginners become regulars, postpartum mothers find support, and students of all ages create space for movement, breath, healing, and connection.

As we continue growing, we have spent a lot of time reflecting on how we can make Sunshine Studios Yoga more accessible, sustainable, and community-focused moving forward.

What a beautiful morning at Sunshine Studios Yoga ☀️🌿

Our Mother’s Day Unwind special was filled with gentle movement, connection, laughter, and space to simply slow down together.

Cayme led a beautiful slow-flow vinyasa practice while we celebrated all the ways people nurture, love, support, and care for others. It was such a warm reminder of how meaningful it is to gather in community.
