As parents, coaches, and mentors, we must teach our children that running from every challenge will never prepare them for adulthood.

Commitment is developed when they learn to face adversity, work through difficult moments, and search for solutions, even when quitting or doing less feels easier.

We are not preparing our children for an easy life. We are preparing them to become disciplined, dependable, and resilient adults.

Teach them to stand strong. Teach them to finish what they start. Teach them to work through adversity and find a solution!
