“You don’t have to do it alone.”

This is what I LOVE about coaching.

I’m not just here to give you exercises and count your reps (it’s probably better that way 😂). I’m here to help you show up, stay consistent, and keep moving forward —especially on the days when motivation isn’t there.

Whether you’re getting back into exercise after pain, trying to build strength, or simply ready to take better care of yourself, you need someone in your corner.

Someone who will push you when you need a push, slow things down when you need to slow down, and remind you of how far you’ve already come.

That’s accountability.

And that’s what I want to bring to every person I work with.

⚠️ Be warned: if I bring the cones out, it doesn’t always mean we are doing agility drills.

It means we are doing an ungodly amount of rounds and you dont want me to lose count 😂

Shout out to Jordan Huggins for the gift that has saved many seconds from becoming too many seconds. There used to not be a clock and no one knew when it was 60 seconds in a plank or MY 60 seconds in a plank 😆

Join us Saturday for another round. More sweat and accountability. Last week it was hot 🥵 Please bring water PLUS - meaning add some electrolytes in your system. We are conquering ourselves and this coastal heat in August.

My mom used to take me and my sister skating every Sunday after church. Many memories at Golden Glide Skating Center on the Eastside. Although that was about 30 years ago 😱 the muscle remembers the groove. The mind remembers the peace.

I plan on going again on the 14th. Anyone down for some Friday night shenanigans on skates 👀

Look at fitness through a child’s eyes.
There should be some elements of joy AND pain, not just pain.

Kids don’t have to be told at an early age to go play. They just do. They simply understand how fun movement is. As we mature we soon forget that movement is natural. We forget to stand up, to drink water, and to breathe.

Coming back into alignment is usually harder because we adopt beliefs about what a successful workout feels like. If muscles are sore (DOMS), then we may assume there’s no progress happening. However, we ignore the progress - better form, better stamina, easier days.

Don’t chase pain. Chase progress 💪

You'll usually find me smiling, encouraging people to move, and occasionally leading a line dance! 💃 I believe that movement should bring joy, not fear.

I became a Health Coach and Personal Trainer because I truly believe everyone deserves the chance to live a healthier life. Sometimes all it takes is a small push, a little accountability, and someone who believes in you before you believe in yourself.
