Hello Teachers,
We hope you all have had a wonderful holiday season and enjoyed your New Year's.
As some of you know, we have had a very rough Christmas break with the passing of our father/father-in-law and not being able to be with family during the Christmas season along with all the preparations for the funeral and the livestream. We are here in Pueblo, CO for the funeral and we have come to realize that we are exhausted. We are going to extend the start of the Teacher Training by one week.
We will begin on January 18th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you in advance for your understanding. We have not had one day off other than Christmas Day and we really need some time to rest in order to serve you to the best of our abilities.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you for allowing us to serve you!
Warmly,
Michelle Boutros & Jeremiah Garner

Hello Teachers,
I am so excited about our Year 1 Teacher Training Program. We will be covering all of Year 1 in 8 weeks.
8 weeks you ask?
I have attended several teacher trainings throughout my 23 years as an instructor and I have always enjoyed them, but I felt like there was so much information imparted in a short amount of time. The instructors weren't always approachable and they weren't available once you completed your training, be it a weekend, a week, or 2 weeks. Many of my classmates would end up contacting each other to find answers instead of being able to ask the instructor and ultimately, it would fall on myself and one other lovely teacher and I thought to myself...I should be getting paid for this at some point.
So, I decided to start this program and pour into my fellow teachers as well as build a supportive community that would be there for each other and share their own knowledge and ideas where we aren't there to compete with one another, but there to build each other up and have an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. As dancers, we are cut from a different cloth and we connect in a special way, so I am beyond excited to get started with you.
In my program, our teachers will have:
- lifetime access to each year they purchase.
- syllabus
- sample exercises
- class recordings
-learning materials provided (charts, pictures, videos, readings, etc.)
- 2 Live trainings a week (which will be recorded and posted in Google Classroom)
- 1 Live Q&A a week (which will be recorded and posted in Google Classroom)
- 8 weeks to learn and implement the knowledge and information they receive and able to ask questions to the instructors.
- Access to a FB community made up of teachers who have gone through the program and led by myself with guest appearances by the Russian Teachers who come as guests in our program.
- The ability to have our instructors evaluate the them (included) and their students (extra fee)
- Free Master Classes for teachers offered through the FB group
Ability to bring in the instructors to your schools for Master Classes with your students and your instructors.
We will be covering how, why, and what is taught in the Russian Schools and how to actually implement that with your students here in the US. Additionally, we will cover age-appropriate conditioning, injury prevention, classroom management, and more.
Our confirmed guest teachers will be Andrei Ustinov and Elena Martinson.
They were my teachers for 11 years and completely changed my life. They are both graduates of the Vaganova Academy and Principals with the Kirov/Mariinsky Ballet, Moscow Ballet, Moscow Classical Ballet, English National Ballet, Fort Worth Ballet, Ballet Theatre of Boston and many more.
Here is an article about them as they are working on their website. I will send their biographies when available: https://www.tampabay.com/archive/2001/10/15/we-were-chosen/

Hello Friends!
