Back in 2015 a Coach (we'll call him G 😉) had this crazy idea to create a club ball team with a few of his Rookies LL team, and see where it takes them. Back then we were the only RR/ABQ 10u team and 1 out of like 4 in NM trying to get something started. Knowing it was going to take time, patience, Up's, down's, growth, sweat, tears, heartache, practice, guidance, money, encouragement, frustration, and most of all Dedication! He was all in for what he dreamed of... To help girls that had a dream to live their dream and that's what he did. About less than 1% of his all time roster are no longer playing softball. Over 100 girls have played for Xtreme, with many tournaments, many wins, many losses, many Up's and down's, but most of all many memories that with last a lifetime. All "G" has ever wanted to see a baller come to Xtreme with a goal, a goal to work hard and have passion for the game and whether they stayed or moved on... Knowing they learned to be a better player both physically and mentally is all he's ever wanted.
2019 the name Rio Rancho Xtreme has come to an end and although we hoped for the name to go on, we knew it wasn't the end for many young ladies to continue with their love for the game. "G" had a goal to help every player live their dream of 🥎 and he hopes he fulfilled that promise to do so....

ended their season this weekend in Las Cruces for the Fall Brawl Tournament. They played and supported each other until the end. We wish the Barney family well wishes as they make their transition back to Arizona. They were a great addition to our Xtreme family and we're sad to see them leave. Also, Prayers for a speedy recovery for Kloi.
Now time for a short break and then get back to working hard and preparing for our upcoming Spring season!
