Amy is out of the water 48:39, Andie is out 49:17. YES Mel IS OUT 59:41!!! Chris is out 54:43 YAY!!!!, ANDIE is on the bike ETA 12:08 and AMY is on the BIKE ETA 1 pm. (wow this is exciting. Bike ETA times will be variable but Andie went out like a rocket) Mel is on the bike ETA 2:08, Chris is on the bike ETA 1:41, Linda, Sara and Morgan are still in the water. Hang in there ladies!!! Linda is out of the water!!! 1:05.15..Yay!!!Whew!! Linda is on the bike ETA 2:53 Morgan is out of the water 41:49 and on the bike (wow I looked away for a minute... fast out of transition) ETA 12:43...holy smoke!!! IM look out!!! Sara is out of the water 44:22 and on the bike ETA 12:42....she was fast out of tradition so I don't know who is first out of T1 but they all smoked it!!! Settle back for the ride ladies!!!!

You'll have the opportunity to train on a 500m buoyed course with rescue craft and lifeguards present. There will even be coaches available to help any level of athlete. The bosque running trails are flooded for the same reason. Cochiti reservoir has been releasing excess water into the Rio Grande.
Hopefully our running trails dry out in the middle Rio Grande Valley and the lake settles down enough for some open water swim clinics with FIT FUNdamentals!

Just confirmed that Aqua Sphere will be at the June 10th Open Water Swim Clinic at Cochiti Lake with wet sits and googles to DEMO!! Sorry everyone - the open water swim skills and drills clinic at West Mesa that was scheduled for May 6th has been cancelled. Not enough interest in the event to warrant taking up the entire competition pool on a weekend day. Maybe some other time.
