Looking for a delicious snack this holiday season? Make this simple recipe for Crackers with Protein Dip.

Ingredients for 1 serving:
3/4 cup Canned Black Beans
7 1/2 g. Nutritional Yeast Flakes
2 tsp. Taco Spice
Brown Rice Crackers
Red Capsicum

Step 1: Blend the black beans and nutritional yeast together with the spices.

Step 2: Slice the carrot, cucumber and capsicum into sticks

Step 3: Enjoy the dip with the veggie sticks and crackers

Hit your protein goals with these pumpkin protein muffins this season๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ’ช
112g unsweetened applesauce
30g splenda or other sweetener
425g pumpkin puree
150g nonfat plain greek yogurt
60g almond milk
5g vanilla extract
180g all-purpose flour
125g vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
ยฝ teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Combine all wet ingredients and sweetener in a bowl and mix. Combine all dry ingredients in another bowl and whisk. Combine the dry to wet ingredients and mix. Pour batter into lined muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at least 375ยฐF.
