Blueberry made an appearance at the Gym today..He got lots of attention and rubs and went home a couple hours later to rest..Not a bad morning for the old man. Haha..

Greenridge Rec Center is shutdown for at least two weeks and most likely more....Add the YMCA to the Corona list....Other larger franchise gyms will most likely follow...We will be opening 10 slots for temporary 30 day memberships at $65. We will not be offering day passes. Limiting the slots will offer an opportunity for a select number of people to have access while protecting the health of our current loyal members. We have increased our cleaning and sanitizing efforts on a daily basis and have sanitizing spray available for members to wipe down equipment after each use. Our September Special with the free 1 week trail membership was highly successful...It was able to give a large number of new people a perspective of what it is like to train in a environment that is conclusive to their fitness goals..Crowd free and 24 hour access with a membership that will cap off at 200 !
