What a great day it was for the first Drip Multisports Trinona sprint triathlon clinic of the season! The weather was better than we could have asked for. The session started with a warm-up and an emphasis on open-water techniques, followed by a successful completion of the sprint swim, bike course, and 5K run. Well done to all participating athletes. For those interested in learning more about our clinics or who missed out, we encourage you to get in touch. Our clinics are free, making them an excellent opportunity for all. Wow what a great weekend for the Med City Marathon ! Congrats on the Boston qualifying spot Christopher Ansel also Ann Wilkerson crushed her half marathon!!!!! Ashley Patterson also had a great 5k !!!!! What a heck of a weekend for team DRIP. We also wanna give Mike Schmitt a huge shout out! Watching him pace and put so much effort into pushing athletes is always impressive.
