At Murray’s Martial Arts, we teach, shape, and guide future leaders in society. Inversely, you are never too old to start working towards your fitness goals.

MMAC is a place where families can come together to reach their fitness goals, learn self-defense and respect, gain confidence, improve their health, and have fun! Our belief is that young children must first learn the necessary skills of being a good student; focusing on tasks, standing still, paying attention, working hard, listening, and following directions. Whether it's learning finding a fun

What an incredible Grappling Seminar led by Sensei Emily and Sensei Dante! 🤼

Our students stepped up in a big way—learning takedowns, control, and real self-defense skills while building confidence and staying composed under pressure. The focus, effort, and teamwork on the mat were outstanding.

We’re proud of everyone who showed up ready to grow. This is what martial arts is all about—getting stronger, together 💪

We’re incredibly proud of our Competition Team after a great day at the 2026 Canandaigua Martial Arts Tournament. 9 competitors from Team Murray’s brought home an incredible 21 medals, representing our school with outstanding sportsmanship.

In just one week since the last tournament, our team showed incredible growth and confidence—proving that experience truly is the best teacher, with many people complimenting not only their martial arts skills but also their outstanding sportsmanship.

We also had three team members earn Grand Championships—Ysabella Mancuso in Sparring, Abigail Beekman in Kata, Weapons & Self-Defense, and Corey White in Sparring—an incredible achievement that reflects their hard work and dedication. 💪

Our students showed up ready to grow—and left stronger, more confident, and empowered. They practiced using their strong voice, standing tall, and handling challenges with courage and respect.

One of the most powerful moments was watching them break through their fear—literally—by breaking a board. 🥋

We’re proud of every student. This is what martial arts is all about—building confidence and strong character beyond the mat.

👏 Parents—ask your child to show you their strong voice!

With St. Patrick’s Day Tomorrow, Let’s Talk About Being “Lucky.” 🍀

The truth?

💪 Confidence isn’t luck.
✨ Discipline isn’t luck.
🙏 Respect isn’t luck.

Those traits are built. Martial Arts helps kids develop the kind of traits that don’t rely on luck — they rely on effort.

💬 If you could give your child ONE “lucky” trait this year, what would it be?

“I Don’t Know If He’ll Actually Get On The Mat…”

That’s what one mom told us before her son’s first class. He was nervous. Quiet. Clung to her leg a little tighter than usual.

First-day jitters are real.

But here’s what happened next:

He stepped on the mat. Slowly at first. Then he tried one move. Then another. By the end of class? He didn’t want to leave.

Trying something new takes courage, and sometimes kids just need a safe place to try.

If your child struggles with confidence in new situations, Martial Arts could be the space that helps them grow.

🤔 If Martial Arts Has Been On Your Mind For Your Child… This Is Your Nudge. 🥋

Confidence doesn’t build itself. Focus doesn’t magically appear. Discipline doesn’t grow overnight. But with the right environment? It grows fast.

March classes are filling — don’t wait!

💬 Comment “MARCH” and we’ll send you the schedule + trial details.

See That Look? 👀

That’s not just concentration. That’s a child realizing, “I can do this.”

Confidence doesn’t come from trophies. It comes from effort, practice, and small wins stacking up.

If your child needs more moments like this, Martial Arts might be the perfect fit. 🔥

Want to try a class? Comment “TRY.”
