It’s golf season!! Flower City Special Hockey is an incredible program lead by some incredible people. We have skated with the athletes the past two years and it’s always a blast!! Check out some pictures in the comments.

Every solicitation letter, flyer, prize display, event program, thank-you letter, and envelope was produced by their team—and the attention to detail was second to none.

Get ready folks! This years Battle of the Bureaus will be this Saturday April 4th at NOON as we take the ice at the Blue Cross Arena! Link for tickets in our bio.

Your ticket will not only get you into the Amerks game at 5 but also our game as well as our friends Flower City Special Hockey as they play right after us at 2!!

We don’t raise $28,000 without the incredible love and support of our community.
37 businesses stepped up as sponsors, along with many more who generously donated the 101 raffle prizes we were able to give away.

The bar has been raised once again… and we’re not done yet.
Keep your calendar open for late February as we look to raise it even higher.

Today I dropped off the donation from this year’s Winter Classic. While the official announcement will come tomorrow, I couldn’t wait to share what I’m most proud of…

Our Pink Ladies. 💗

A truly special group of women who continue to come together year after year. While it’s bittersweet that the group continues to grow, what stands out even more is the strength, support, and bond they’ve built with one another.

They are the reason this event keeps going. They are the motivation behind it all.

As I try to decompress after a very busy week, I want to take a moment to thank the people who make this all possible.

First, to my wife and girls — thank you for standing by while I took phone calls and answered messages over the past few months. Char, I’m so proud of you for picking up this same passion for helping others. You all are my foundation.

To my parents — thank you for your unwavering support since the very first game. We wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

To Chris Tydings, Patrick Doerrer, Tommy Barrese, Matt Aman and Jasen Hillebrant — thank you for setting up and blowing up what felt like a million balloons. These guys have been my core since the beginning.

Donna Weber, Kelly Yale, Sal Montemurro , Melissa Montemurro, Mary Costello , Asher Costello , Dave Cantabene, Matt Peryea, Barb Schmitt, Emily Schmitt, Alice, Sophie, Bella, and Dave Mossworth — thank you for being the best crew no matter what set backs we faced allowing me the chance to actually play in the game.

To the Police recruits who were so kind and polite. Our Pink Ladies raved about you all.

And to all of the players who helped fill those raffle tables — because of you, fans had 101 chances to walk away with something special.

The Winter Classic doesn’t exist without the love, support, and a few very busy hours from this crew.

To everyone who attended — thank you. I can proudly say we surpassed our previous game’s numbers by a landslide.

TODAYS THE DAY!!! A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone in to today’s event, to (hopefully) make it our most successful one yet! Please join us to help raise funds for the and to support our Pink Ladies. We are thankful for all the continued support. This is a family friendly event, with over 80 chances to win prizes, special guests, and a great rivalry hockey game between Monroe County’s finest Firemen and Police!!! We hope to see a lot of familiar AND new faces there! Event is at the Tim Hortons Ice Plex in Henrietta at 5pm.
