NO MORE:
-Dead bugs
-Squats
-Lunges
None of these exercises or any variations will be used as we take our clientโs complaints seriously! We want nothing but the best for our clients and by doing everything they want to and eliminating these 3 highly beneficial exercises is how we prioritize our clients!

Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your energy, recovery, and overall health.
How much water should you drink each day?
A good rule of thumb is:
โก๏ธ Drink about ยฝ your bodyweight in ounces of water per day
Examples:
โข 120 lbs โ ~60 oz per day
โข 150 lbs โ ~75 oz per day
โข 180 lbs โ ~90 oz per day
You may need more if you:
โข Exercise regularly
โข Spend time in hot weather
โข Sweat heavily
