Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your energy, recovery, and overall health.

How much water should you drink each day?
A good rule of thumb is:

โžก๏ธ Drink about ยฝ your bodyweight in ounces of water per day

Examples:
โ€ข 120 lbs โ†’ ~60 oz per day
โ€ข 150 lbs โ†’ ~75 oz per day
โ€ข 180 lbs โ†’ ~90 oz per day

You may need more if you:
โ€ข Exercise regularly
โ€ข Spend time in hot weather
โ€ข Sweat heavily
