As a coach and runner, it is a struggle to constantly keep up-to-date with the latest research and best practices for training. That means gathering knowledge from various different resources and understanding different methodologies.
In the spirit of continual learning, Coach Chris has just obtained his USATF Level I Coaching Certification! Coming this spring, Chris also will obtain the Level II Coaching Certification from the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA).
While Chris currently has a full roster of clients for the spring season, there are openings for goal races that take place in the summer/fall 2017.
