Lots happening at CRC Riverwalk in the next few days. Saturday we’ll be at Humble Cup Coffee with our friends from Rise n Shine Run Club. Arrive by 7 am, run , then stick around for a great cup of coffee post run! Then, Tuesday we’ll all run together for our quarterly Community Unity Group Run and celebrate the end of summer with Hulas, Hops, and Hills! We’ll meet at Main Street Bottle Shop at 6 pm. Altra will be there for you to demo some kicks and we’ll spotlight the Charlotte marathon with a free entry to the race. All Paces, All People, All Welcome!

Jump in for Tune Up Tuesday! We meet every Tuesday on the Patio of Charlotte Running Co at Riverwalk. First group takes off at 6 pm then check out the late comers at 6:30 pm. Come walk, run easy, or kick it up a notch with a tempo workout. Come for the workout, stay for the fellowship afterwards.

Hoka in the house tonight at Tune Up Tuesday at CRC Riverwalk. Come check out the new Clifton Pro and Clifton 11. Meet at 6 pm for the group run, afterwards enjoy FREE tacos for Taco Tuesday!
