When it comes to hitting a goal we go through highs and lows.

That slump 😣 can happen 2-weeks into a new habit or 8-weeks in.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Two years of similar or related customer service experience.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately.
Demonstrated technical proficiency using the online programs, computers and other office electronics. Both Apple and PC
Confident delivering quality customer service and technical support to end-users via phone and online communication mediums.
Ability to resolve software or service questions by clarifying/identifying cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
Self-starter, eager to achieve, optimistic, personable, team player
Highly communicative with strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, follow-up, and being highly organized
Proficiency in MS Excel required
Demonstrated accurate typing and data entry skills
Punctual, dependable and available for occasional overtime.
This is a part time position with potential for full-time hours.

So many lessons have been learned over the last few months.

One that I think has resonated with me the most is that people tend to only see what they are willing to see.

The scary part here is that we don't know what we don't know ... and so our human nature keeps us focused on the "buzz" in the world around us.

No amount of truth will make you see what you aren’t willing to (or can't) see.

But there is an upside to this situation. You get to choose your focus .... use this as a superpower to make amazing things happen.

Start looking for the opportunity.

Start looking for ways to succeed.

Start looking for the good in others.

Lastly, recognize that it isn't your job to change what others see or do.

It is your job to work on you. Control your focus and attention on what you can control.

Recognize the things that are on the outside and influence you, keep the ones that move you forward and towards your goals and shut off, shut down, filter out the crap that brings you down and takes you out of your power.

We all have a different lens... for some this lens can be your superpower and for some, it’s can be your kryptonite.

Choose wisely...
