The lateral foot-elevated Romanian Deadlift (RDL) is an advanced variation designed to enhance hip stability, glute medius activation, and single-leg balance. By challenging the body across multiple planes of movement, it improves anti-rotation strength and overall control, translating to better athletic performance and reduced injury risk. This is an advanced progression and should only be performed after mastering the standard RDL.
To start perform 3 x 12 ea Leg gradually increasing the weight.

Fun Fit BOOT Camp
Ages 8 yrs n older
A quick H.I.I.T Circuit using a 10 lb Medicine Ball.
Set up two objects about 10 feet apart. Shuffle from 1 object to the other and perform 1 Press Jacks.Shuffle back and perform 2 Press Jacks. Continue increasing the number of reps by 1 until failure. Try 3 sets with goal of beating your previous number or a friendly competition amongst friends. Great for indoor or outdoor. Modify and adjust to your fitness level.
