Last week we went over a stationary 2 ball crossover series and today we have our 2 ball between the legs series, which goes through an identical progression.
The more pound dribbles you have between each change of hands, the more control it will allow you to have - ultimately you want to advance to the point where you don't any pound dribbles and you can switch hands every dribble.
Give this one a try and see if you can work your way up to doing it with no pound dribbles.

Here is a 2 ball progression that you can use to improve your crossover dribble.
The first part of the progression allows for 2 dribbles between each crossover so that you can gain better control of the basketball.
The second step is to lower it to one dribble, which is slightly more difficult, and finally, the last step is to do continuous crossovers with both basketballs without any dribbles in between.
Take some time to work on this progression and you will see improvement with your regular, 1 ball crossover 🏀
