Also beginning in September, Mama&Baby Bootcamp (new class!) will be held on Mondays at 10:45am at the Rockville JCC http://www.jccgw.org/articlenav.php?id=44. Cardio drills, strength training, and core exercises are incorporated into this hour-long moderate to intense workout. Connect with your baby and have fun with other parents while getting fit! Variations and modifications are provided for all fitness levels with babies in carriers, non-walkers, and walkers.

Beginning in September, Mama&Baby Yoga will be held on Mondays at 9:30am at the Rockville JCC http://www.jccgw.org/articlenav.php?id=44 and Thursdays at 10am at Thomas Farm Community Center (through the city of Rockville)http://www.rockvillemd.gov/recreation/guide/fall11/Fall2011.pdf (p. 9)! Release stress, relax your mind, and tone your body through stretching, strengthening, and balancing asanas (postures) while connecting with your baby and having fun with other Mamas&Babies!

Mama&Baby Yoga will be taking a break until the end of the summer. Enjoy the weather and keep practicing yoga!

Mama&Baby Yoga will be taking a break for a few weeks and begin again the first week of April in 5-week sessions. More information will be posted in a week or so. Namaste
