💙 Your dreams are still valid, no matter how long the journey takes. ✨

Sometimes, the road to becoming who you’re meant to be comes with challenges, doubts, and moments when you feel like giving up. But remember, your beginning doesn’t define your ending.

Keep showing up for yourself. Keep believing in what’s possible. And never let anyone convince you that your dreams are too big. 👑💛

This Saturday, I want to ask you something:

👇 What’s one dream you refuse to give up on, no matter how difficult things get? Share it in the comments. Your story might be the encouragement someone else needs today!

Stay connected with Quincy for more inspiration, personal stories, and updates on Dream Big Anyway.

✨ Keep believing. Keep growing. Keep dreaming big anyway!

✨ Every big dream starts with a little belief and the courage to keep going, even when the journey gets difficult.

Never let where you started limit where you believe you can go. Your story is still being written, and your dreams are still worth chasing. 💙💛

As we head into the weekend, remember: you don’t have to have everything figured out to take the next step. Just keep believing, keep growing, and keep dreaming big!

👇 Friday question: What’s one dream you’re still working toward? Share it in the comments, and let’s encourage one another to keep going!

Want to follow the journey and learn more about Dream Big Anyway? Stay connected, and keep dreaming big!💙

Week 2 Post-Op Update! 🩼✨

My stitches came out last Friday, and next Friday I’ll see my surgeon again to get a smaller brace, get cleared to start putting weight on my leg with crutches, and schedule physical therapy! Once PT starts, I should have a better idea of when I can stop using crutches.

I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made these past two weeks. One day at a time, one little win at a time! Thank you all for your prayers, love, and encouragement. 🤍

As promised, I’m taking y’all along my meniscus surgery & recovery journey! ❤️‍🩹 Huge shoutout to my bestie Luke for getting up EARLY to take me to surgery 😂 and especially my mom for being my caretaker through it all. 🤎

Thank you to EVERYONE who has checked on me, sent food, gifts, or shown love. It truly means so much! 🥹 I’ll do my best to post weekly recovery updates… but making content with one working leg is HARD 😂🦵🏾

Surgery DONE. Recovery starts now! ❤️‍🩹

Hey everyone! 🤍 As many of you know, I’m officially about 48 hours away from knee surgery.

For anyone I haven’t had the opportunity to communicate with personally, this means I’ll be stepping away from coaching for about two months while I focus on recovery.

A little backstory: I originally injured my knee back in college and never actually had it fixed. At the time, I was told I could build enough muscle around it and hopefully continue without surgery. And honestly, for a long time, I did exactly that.

But over the past two years, it has become completely miserable. I haven’t felt like my 100% physical self, and I’ve had to work around limitations that most people probably never even realized I was dealing with. So as nervous as I am, I’m also EXTREMELY excited to finally get this surgery done, start the healing process, and eventually get back to a healthier version of myself with no limitations. 🙏🏾

This will also be my first major surgery outside of getting my wisdom teeth removed years ago, so I genuinely don’t know exactly what this experience will look like for me physically or mentally. I just ask that everyone gives me patience and respects my healing process while I experience something like this for the first time.

To all of my choreography clients: you will continue to have first priority when it comes to getting in touch with me throughout your preparation for competition season. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything regarding your routines. I’m still here for y’all! ❤️

For everyone else, I promise I’ll be back coaching eventually. Right now, though, my number one priority is ME—my health, my recovery, and taking advantage of something I haven’t really had in a very long time: the opportunity to truly sit down.

For the first time in my life, there will be no noise, no running around, no traveling, no coaching, and no counting to 8 every five seconds. 😂 Just time to focus on myself.

And I actually think a lot of good is going to come from that.

I’m going to use this recovery period to finally put real time into projects I’ve been working on for the past two years, focus on the logistics behind some new opportunities, and continue growing creatively outside of coaching. I also want to pour more into social media, develop new concepts, create more content, and come back from recovery with some fresh ideas.

I’ll even be sharing parts of my recovery journey along the way so y’all can keep up with me through the process. 🦿😂

As strange as it feels to be forced to sit down, I’m choosing to look at this season for what it can give me instead of only focusing on what it temporarily takes away.

To every athlete, parent, coach, program, choreography client, friend, and person who has supported me: thank you. I truly would not be where I am today without the love and support y’all have shown me throughout my career.

Now it’s time to take care of the knee I probably should’ve taken care of years ago. 😂

Here’s to surgery, healing, new projects, new opportunities, and eventually getting back to doing what I love with a healthy body and NO LIMITATIONS. 🤍🙏🏾

See y’all on the other side. 🫶🏾
