Something curious is coming to Blythe Family Farm…

Or, as we call them: “Curry-osities” 😉

Some may be familiar to longtime locals. Others may have you saying: “I had no idea!”

🍸 Cocktails at 6:00 PM
🍽️ Dinner at 6:30 PM

We’ll be sharing more about the evening — and opening tickets — very soon.

For now, save the date.

We’ll be here till the end of August. We do sell all year. Call or message for a meet up.

Cucumber beetles! Last week I had a dahlia get attacked by the spotted cucumber beetle! There were so many beetles😱Petals were being shredded and leaves were getting chewed up. I mixed up our tea concentrate at a 50/50 ratio and sprayed the plant to the point of dripping from top to bottom. I did this for about 4 days then down to a weekly maintenance at 2 cups per gallon. The dahlia is looking so much better! There is less damage, the flowers are opening and there is fresh growth. I did find a few earwigs so I’m watching to see how they react to the tea. Idk what pest control costs these days but I got these results for about 55 cents! Plus it’s feeding the plant.
