We are committed to providing every athlete with a positive, respectful, and fair experience. Whether we are making decisions about teams, competition, opportunities, policies, or the direction of our programs, our goal remains the same: do what is best for the athletes we serve.

Our Executive Board works together to make thoughtful decisions based on the overall well-being of our athletes and the integrity of our organization. Personal relationships, outside pressures, and individual interests do not come before the kids.

We believe every athlete deserves to feel valued, supported, respected, and given a fair opportunity to grow.
