Dog Days of Summer returns for its fifth installment!! It's going to be HOT!! Teams will be made up of 3 athletes (all male or female) to compete in either Rx or Scaled events.

Last year DDOS IV ended in epic proportions, and we are ready to outdo ourselves for year five.

Registration is $55 until 7/1. WODS Released!
