Meet at 7:45am at the Roswell Mill parking lot.
Embrace the suck at 8:00am for a 3 mile/6 mile ruck!!

Time to get outside the comfort zone!!!

A few things rucking can do for us physically:

1. BURNS 3X THE CALORIES AS WALKING, AND ONLY A BIT LESS THAN RUNNING.

2. STRENGTHENS YOUR BACK AND SHOULDERS, IMPROVING POSTURE.

3. STRENGTHENS OUR BONES.

4. LESS IMPACT THAN RUNNING.

5. ALLOWS YOU TO TRAIN FOR ANYTHING.

You donโ€™t have to quit everything else, but maybe add a few miles a week of walking with some weight, it does the body good!!
