Matt and Clayton attended the South Carolina Hospital Association Conference in Hilton Head last week, connecting with hospital engineers, facilities teams, architects, and healthcare designers from across the state. đ©ș
The most common comment heard: âOur traditional walls donât work anymore.â
Itâs something we hear often in healthcare environments where flexibility is important, but reliability, acoustics, and ease of operation matter just as much.
There were great conversations with teams from Prisma Health, McLeod Health, Lexington Medical Center, and others around how flexible space design is evolving in healthcare and how Skyfold operable walls can better support the way these environments function day to day.

We recently had the privilege of attending The VoilĂ Foundationâs annual gala, Studio Fifty Fur: Disco with the Dogs. đȘ©đŸ
What stood out most wasnât just how beautifully the evening came together, but the intention behind it.
As an Atlanta-based organization close to our hearts, The VoilĂ Foundationâs mission is one we were honored and eager to support. đ€ The room was filled with passion, energy, and people showing up for something that truly matters.
Skyline Innovations was proud to sponsor and in support of work that creates meaningful impact far beyond one night.

Our team recently attended the Atlanta Hospitality Association meeting, where there was a lot of discussion around the 2026 World Cup coming to Atlanta and the expected lift for the hotel market.
Interestingly, many people feel the hospitality sector here is already showing signs of strengthening, even ahead of the event itself.
Itâs a strong indicator of where things may be headed and how quickly spaces may need to adapt to keep up with that demand.

Kyleâs first lunch & learn in the books âïž
Smaller setting, but great conversations and a chance to connect in a more authentic way.Â
did a great job with the presentation, and had a great time hosting IA Architects in Raleigh.
Does your team need a lunch & learn on flexible space design, acoustics, or operable wall solutions? Skyline innovations is happy to help!

Recently installed Skyfold wall in a training environment in Knoxville, TN.
ZenithÂź 51 with markerboard + Carnegie Xorel Linen (6291-9).
The markerboard supports active use during sessions, while the textile finish keeps the space clean and consistent when the wall is deployed.
Built for spaces that need to shift throughout the day, without slowing anything down.

This partition is literally being held together with ratchet straps. Not temporarily, this is how itâs being used.
This is what happens when older divider systems start breaking down. At a certain point, they stop being an asset and start becoming a liability.
What was supposed to solve a problem quietly becomes one.
The difference between something that divides a space, and something built to actually keep working becomes obvious.

Spaces arenât just designed for one purpose anymore.
At the recent A4LE SC event, one thing kept coming up...
learning environments need flexibility not just in furniture, but in the space itself.
A big part of the conversation was around creating spaces that are truly conducive to learning. Ones that support different learning styles and allow imagination to grow.
Because when the space works, it doesnât hold people back⊠it supports creativity, focus, and how people actually use it.

Multi-use spaces often struggle to support multiple groups at the same time.
Most operable wall systems can help, but not without compromise.
With Skyfold, you donât have to choose.
Spaces can separate quickly and quietly, without giving up sound control or slowing everything down.
