What is it?
Coffee and Curls with Coach Chris is a bodybuilding class focused on building muscle and improving body composition. You also will train power, take care of the joints, and build general athleticism. The goal is to look good and feel good doing it.
Who is it for?
This class is for any gym member who wants to build muscle, improve their physique, and add an athletic edge to their training. This is for you if you are looking for something to supplement your regular classes or a different style of training. Slow down, lift with intention, and focus on building your body.
When is it?
Tuesdays at 9:30am starting June 2. This is a trial run for 8 weeks.
