It was a big weekend for some Lady Shell softball players! Freshman Meah Oros smacked a Grand Slam for her Gators team, while Josie Brannon was in action & had Claire Wilkinson subbing with her Texas Glory team! As usual, Josie played stellar defense all weekend, & Claire smacked a HR as the Glory went a perfect 5-0 in Chesterfield! Love seeing our girls COMPETE!! ❤️💙💛🥎💪

We celebrated these 8th graders last night with gifts and a pizza party. Unfortunately, the weather has not been on our side this week and our 8th grade night game was cancelled.

These three girls have been great players and leaders all year. We are very proud of the growth that they have had on and off the field over the last 3 years!

Our junior high softball has had a rough year when it comes to our record, but the girls show up every day, work hard and try to improve. They always keep the energy up, encourage each other and never quit. As coaches, that’s all we can ask for. With the season wrapping up soon, I hope everyone can join us on Monday as we celebrate our three 8th graders. First pitch is set for 4:30 with 8th grader announcements starting at 4:15.
