My new Yin/ Yang Yoga classes are going great. Tuesdays at 6:30 PM and Thursday at 9:30 AM. More classes coming.
All classes are donation-based and you don’t have to register in advance. Just show up.
Let’s come together indoors now that it’s getting colder outside. Located at the Otto community building behind the fire station next to the post office.

RED is the color of the root chakra.
This month I’m working on my root chakra. This is the space that holds security, groundedness, family, and belief systems.
To work the Muladhara Chakra you can sit in seated meditation pose, you can practice frog pose, wide legged seated forward fold, and butterfly.
And you can eat red foods. This soup is a tomato, red cabbage, vegetable soup. I always start my base with celery, onions, and garlic. This will last me a whole week and help ground my body and mind into the present moment.
A good nights, sleep, morning, meditation, dancing and time for relaxation all feed the root chakra.
