On behalf of Phase 4 United Basketball League Committee, we apologize for the late-hour games of the PUBL. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We assure you that we are making adjustments to improve our scheduling and aim to finish all games before 9 PM moving forward.

As we champion discipline, camaraderie, and sportsmanship, we hope to extend these virtues to everyone. We envision a better Phase 4—players and non-players alike—united in the spirit of fairness, respect, and continuous improvement.

Pormal na pong bubuksan bukas sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Mayor Jenny Austria-Barzaga ang Phase 4 Covered Court. Katuwang po tayo ng Barangay Bagong Paliparan III at ni Kap. Chrisanto Caraig Maya sa pangangalaga at pagpapanatiling maayos ang ating court.

Sama-sama, nagkakaisa, ganyan kami sa Phase 4.
