Woodlake please give a Tiger proud congrats to two outstanding athletes on their successful track season 2021.

Dahir Mercado: After coming out late in an already short season, Dahir managed to attack the field and win two bronze medals in the league championships while also qualifying for the area championships. After competing in the area championships he simply said, "Tell them I'm coming."

Giselle Frausto: Although, young in her sports career Giselle has managed to completely dominate the shout put and discus in 2021only coming in 3rd once and 1st in all other competitions. Giselle was crowned league champion in shot put and 3rd in discus.
She went on to perform well in the area championships coming in 4th in both the shot put and discus.

Please help me celebrate great student athletes doing great things from Woodlake High School.

The unexpected 2021 Track and Field season has come and gone. Although we were only at 25% of our team, the athletes put in 100% effort. Thank you to my Coaches Nandina Godfrey and Jonathan Nava for all their hard work and mentoring. Congrats to all our athletes that powered through a tough and confusing sports season.
