During my time in college in the 1990s, I gained experience in restaurant kitchens: prep cook, pizza/ pasta, sauté, grill, breads & pastries... This is my appreciation of the art of cooking and the world of food. It’s my one year Happy one-year anniversary to my 14” Santa Barbara Forge carbon steel pan. Former executive chef here — I’ve used and abused it, and it’s only gotten better. Fourteen inches is the sweet spot for sauté work, and it takes high heat like a champ. This is my go-to pan.

This is a jar of smoked garlic corfit. It’s garlic, slow roasted on the smoker in olive oil with fresh herbs. This will be going into this weeks sourdough bread mix. We will be offering roasted garlic, confit focaccia. To reserve a loaf please message me or give me a call.
