While it is not ideal, you can try a few times if you don't get through initially, and should get through within the first few tries, and in the meantime, we are working urgently to resolve. Hi all - we've been investigating an issue with our access numbers this morning. It was found it to be a power outage at our vendor that stopped some calls going through. This has been resolved. And we are very sorry about the frustrating experience. Please let us know if you have any more issues making calls?
