๐จWeekend reminder get some movement in this weekend๐จ
Here at YMVMT we know it can be difficult to stay motivated over the weekend. Once itโs time to relax, suddenly exercise of any sort can be put to the side. One little trick to help you stay on track and achieve your goals is to have an event to work towards and look forward to! Events like , , 5k and 10k runs, etc, are happening all over the place each weekend. Itโs a great way to connect with some likeminded friends and challenge yourself, while having fun at the same time. These sort of events donโt have time caps so you can go at your own pace. Overall it makes the challenge more enjoyable AND keeps you on track toward whatever goals youโve outlined for yourself ๐ค
You might even catch .johnson__ or one of the other team members at YMVMT challenging themselves right alongside you!
