👍🏾I used to say "YES" for fear that people will stop liking me.

👍🏾I've said YES to relationships I didn't want and who were not right for me.

👍🏾I've said YES to abusive relationships over and over and over again because I desperately wanted to be seen as a "Good person" as if it were a competition to be nice.

👎🏾"No" becomes an empowering sentence when you Love and value yourself so please use it wisely 😉.
