The URZ Team would like to officially announce that co-founders Bree and Donn are now married as of September 5th! We are so sorry weโve been MIA for a while, but we decided to take this time to focus on preparing our well-being stability for the wedding and honeymoon. Thank you so much family and friends for how much love, support, and energy you put into coming out to our wedding in NC. If you have any free time this Saturday join our trainers/cofounders Bree and Donn for a
30 minute FREE Bodyweight workout!
No equipment need just be sure to have a yoga matt or perform movements on a cushioned surface such as grass or carpet.
If you are interested please choose which time best fits your Saturday schedule by selecting yes or no on our story polls!

Welcome to our Mobility First Series! In this series, we will focus on creating more range of motion passively and actively throughout our joints at a gradual rate. We will be holding deep stretches to lengthen our muscles and create more room for air passways and hemoglobin. This class will assist those with understanding the proper way to breathe during exercise and at rest to improve cardiac output.

All participants will be given new workouts every week, and all movements will be body weight so they can be performed ANYTIME, ANYWHERE by ANYONE.
A minimum of $10 must be donated upon entering. The more money you donate and the more people who enter, the higher the prize will be at the end๐๐ผ๐๐ผ so share the post and tell your friends and family because the more people we get involved the bigger the prize for one lucky winner!
Winner will be the individual who gets closest to their target goal weight.
1st place wins: Prize money and five 1 on 1 training sessions
2nd place wins: Five 1 on 1 personal training sessions
3rd place wins: Three 1 on 1 personal training sessions

Hello everyone and welcome to my favorite day... SHOULDERS๐คฉ I have always loved training shoulders and loved the look of a boulder shoulder, this was a great workout that hits allll the angles and shoulder heads! Details below๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
Superset 1:
- Dumbbell single arm shoulder press X10-12 each side
- Inch worm into a down dog push-up X8
Superset 2:
- Dumbbell lateral raises X15
- Tricep dips X10-12
Superset 3:
- Dumbbell shoulder raise to external rotations X15
- Dumbbell reverse grip front raises X12
