Should Cleetus McFarland race in the 2026 Summer Shootout in a Legend Car at Charlotte Motor Speedway? News dropped this week NASCAR hasn't approved him yet to race at Talladega in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. However, we think he should try his hand in a Legend Car during the Summer Shootout. It isn't a cake walk, either! Ask Shane van Gisbergen and Scott McLaughlin, who both raced in last year's Shootout events.
