This International Women’s day I hope that all women and little girls around this earth are able to find and feel their power. Rise up and continue to lead with their intuition, with compassion, and with the fire of the ancestors who came before them!

Im so grateful for all the women who came before me, and paved the way for me to be here with you all. For their lessons, wisdom, and divine protection. Aṣé❤️

This year I celebrated some pretty big milestones in my life and I’m late sharing this, but here I am still sharing 🙃

🌞Last month I made my 40th trip around the Sun! While my birthday was spent much differently than I had envisioned, I am extremely grateful for another year of life! A new decade has begun…✨

🌿This summer Calypso Moon Essentials celebrated 10 years as a small business serving the community!

🤰🏽I finally became Doula certified! This journey was 15 years in the making 😭. I’ve been blessed to witness 16 births in my life and began studying to be a Doula in my mid 20s. At the time I couldn’t afford the certification so I put it in my *I’ll get back to this one day* box. Well that one day kept knocking and I finally answered.

And I have seen more of you for one on one Reiki, Shamanic healing, spiritual healing services, and community healing circles this past year than ever before🥹😭

🌱I am filled with so much gratitude to be of service and a part of the Sacramento community. Thank you to all of you who continue to trust me with your energy and whole self. There are no words that truly express my infinite love and thanks I hold in my heart for you all!

I know the world is a lot and can feel overwhelming, but please…don’t forget to celebrate your milestones, find and feel your joy, and spend time with those you love and lift you up🫶🏽

Since 2021 I’ve had the honor to be deeply submerged in an apprenticeship as a traditional medicine woman/shaman with a wise elder I have deep respect and reverence for. A calling I’m eternally grateful I answered. I’ve had the privilege of learning to commune and work with the spirits for healing, guidance, growth, and wisdom. Through my apprenticeship and with the guidance of my wise elder in person, I’ve become an experienced journeyer and healer, navigating the spirit world and ancestral realms with confidence. Communing with the spirits with reverence and pure intentions for the good of the community.

🌿As an herbalist of 12 years, I’ve had the honor and joy of facilitating plant spirit medicine journeys with many of you over the years. And I’ve been feeling called to offer this medicine on a more regular basis to the community for quite awhile now. An opportunity to develop deeper spirit connections with the medicinal plants from around our beautiful Earth.

🌱Combining my love of plants in this way was so life changing, affirming, and powerful when it was first brought to me as one of my first shamanic healings/teachings almost 4 years ago with my teacher.

🪵Each plant spirit I’ve chosen to work with in this series was spirit led. The teachings at each circle will be spirit led. We will be working with the power of the New and Full Moon as an ally and cosmic teacher.

🍵At each Plant Spirit Medicine Circle we will get to know a plant spirit. We’ll learn about the ways in which these sacred medicines are beneficial to our body, mind, spirit, and life. And how they were incorporated into everyday life by the ancestors. We’ll drink a fresh medicinal tea or extract, then I’ll will lead you on a guided shamanic journey to the plant spirit to learn more of its wisdom, healing, and take in its teachings.

🥣Followed by a sound medicine journey to further allow the teachings to settle into you, and help reveal all that we are to learn at this time.
