She’s the workout you do “when you don’t know what to do” type of workout. Full body, short cardio intervals mixed with strength makes me feel like a new person 🙃➡️😃

WHAT TO DO:
•warm up walk or treadmill 10-20 min
•bicep curls to overhead press 10x —finish with straight overhead press until fatigue
•RDL to curl R/L
•overhead press to triceps extension
•mountain climber Tabatha 20 sec on /10 sec rest 5x
•core work options (30 seconds each)
•stretch (5-10 min)

My baby cousin got married to her person ❤️ (see the end pic when she was a jr. bridesmaid in our wedding 18 years ago ) It was beyond special that Grace got to be her jr. bridesmaid.
From fun in the sun, snorkeling and soaking up family time to celebrating 👰🏼♀️ & all weekend long, people came from near and far and it was truly beyond special.
