Resilience and self -talk!!!
Life is stressful and the stories told to ourselves can either make or brake us.
✅Resilient individuals can view a stressful, aversive situation as a positive learning experience, which can make them stronger in a long run.
✅Successful people have failed as much as they succeed. And that is why they succeed.
✅After a negative event, failure, or adversity, resilient individuals focus on motivational self- talk instead of negative self-talk. Right before posting contents this week I said , why bother to try again, I will probably stop doing this once I realize people don’t care about what I have to say.
✅However a resilient person might say , I understand the frustrations of not knowing if people will like my content and accept , so I am ready to overcome this challenges and share my passion to help so many with the right guidance.
✅Beware that resilience can change over time, so it is never too late to become a resilient person, no matter what you are trying to achieve, difficulty will cross your path, so please don’t let define you!

Are you finding yourself stuck in front of the computer and starving your body from movement?
How about you busy Mom s? Do you find yourself taking care of all house activities, busy being a mother and most importantly carrying your son or daughter that is no longer a new born and weights more causing you to constantly favor the stronger side of your body and feelings a discrepancy between sides?
Well as much as these are constant facts that we can run away from today as a society, there is something that can be done to help you stay ready. finding out what your needs are to better select the most appropriate movements to you is a priority. If you train your body with general workout the chances are you are leaving something behind.
Movement is no different than nutrition, and it has to be addressed accordingly to your personal needs.
