Providing scholarships to Folsom and El Dorado County students while honoring CHP Officer Scott Russell, killed in the line of duty July 31,2007 in EDH.
The 7th Annual Scott Russell Memorial Fund Golf Tournament will be held Friday, September 19th, 2014 at Empire Ranch Golf Club in Folsom, CA. The shotgun start begins at promptly at 10:00am. This will be the first year that the proceeds will not be for a scholarship but for something exceptionally unique and close to our hearts.
