Aloha! I was planning to do this last year but Lord knows, 2020 had other plans for all of us. Kind of embarrassing to post this photo but for accountability and for the record, launching my physique transformation journey this week. Goal: 14-18 percent BF. Let's see if I'll qualify for the competition.

Gyms are open in Sac and I am glad! Granted. Only 10 percent of max capacity allowed but it's a start.
