A huge congratulations to Lia Valdes on her commitment to Reedley College!

This is a special day, and I couldn’t be happier for Lia and her family. From the beginning, I’ve believed in Lia and in Rob and Zaira. They trusted the process, stayed patient, and never lost sight of what was most important—finding the right fit.

Lia had over five opportunities to continue her softball career at the next level. Instead of making a rushed decision or choosing a school based solely on financial incentives, she took the time to truly understand what Reedley College had to offer. That patience and maturity led her to the place that felt like home.

Lia, thank you for your loyalty, your commitment, and for trusting our program throughout your journey. You’ve represented our organization with class, humility, and a relentless work ethic. I have no doubt you’re going to do great things at Reedley, both on and off the field.

Rob and Zaira, thank you for believing in the process and for allowing us to be a part of Lia’s journey. Your support, guidance, and trust have played a huge role in helping her reach this milestone.

We are incredibly proud of you, Lia. Reedley College is getting a tremendous athlete, an outstanding teammate, and an even better person.
